A researcher, entrepreneur, and business-builder with a doctorate from the Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Texas at Dallas. Doctoral research focused on the investigation, alignment, measurement, and prediction of Engineering Identity among engineering undergraduates, examining how it evolves in students and the institutional forces that shape it.
A Graduate Fellow of the Archer Fellowship Program, which develops the next generation of leaders for local, state, federal, and international service across The University of Texas System. During doctoral studies, served as a Research Assistant in programs focused on AI and automation in manufacturing.
Has worked with governments and industry at multiple levels to implement systemic changes supporting STEM education and workforce development. Earlier career spans technical and managerial roles, founding and directing several high-impact organizations in India, championing the Maker Movement, and leading a billionaire philanthropist's nonprofit organization focused on innovation and impact in the healthcare sector.
