Her background spans global equity markets, credit ratings, and quantitative research, work that demanded both deep financial rigor and the ability to deliver insights under pressure. Earlier career experience includes managerial roles and collaboration with high-growth startups, building strong instincts for both analytical structure and organizational agility.

Garima has built and leads the economic mobility analysis product, designing the models, dashboards, and workflows that enable clients to understand their position and chart a path forward. Works closely with clients to translate complex datasets into growth opportunities and actionable strategies. Holds an MBA in Financial Market Practices and an MS in Business Analytics and AI from the University of Texas at Dallas.
