David Daniels

David Daniels brings more than 25 years of leadership across higher education, K-12, career and technical education, and workforce development, with a focus on expanding access to affordable, high-quality learning and improving student persistence and completion. A seasoned operator, advisor, investor, and board member, he has helped institutions and education companies build, scale, and transform models across both traditional and non-traditional learning environments.

He most recently served as founding and interim President of a Great Books college, helping build its institutional infrastructure, enrollment strategy, go-to-market approach, and accreditation pathway. Previously, he was CEO, President, investor, and board member at Acadeum, and earlier served as President of Academic Partnerships, now Risepoint, and led managed services for Pearson's North American Higher Education business. He has also led buy-side diligence for private equity firms and advised education and training companies, from venture-backed start-ups to global brands, on growth strategy, institutional partnerships, organizational design, product development, learning design, and change management.
